There’s nothing more hearty than a bowl of porridge to fuel your tummy with delicious fibre so you can thrive thoughout the day.

This old fashioned traditional dish has stood the test of time. Some might say it’s a breakfast hero. Good food doesn’t need to be complicated!


EPISODE 01 — RECIPE 01

Seed + Porridge with Raspberries and Pistachios

Ingredients — Serves 2

Porridge

1 cup Remedy Kitchen Milled Oat Porridge

2 cups milk of your choice (we used almond milk)

Toppings

2 x tablespoons nut butter, we used almond butter

Seed Cycle- one scoop per bowl, depending on your cycle

raspberries or fresh seasonal fruits

pistachios

A drizzle of honey to sweeten (optional)


Method

Step 1

In a medium saucepan add 1 cup of porridge and two cups of milk. Turn the heat on medium to low and stir until you have your desired consistency.

Step 2

Divide the porridge between two bowls. Top with Seed Cycle, raspberries and pistachios. For the sweet tooth, you can always drizzle a little honey on top!
