Ingredients
Tart option 1: Phase 1 Seed Cycle
1 cup Remedy Kitchen Milled Oat Porridge
6 scoops Phase 1 Seed Cycle
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
Tart option 2: Phase 2 Seed Cycle
1 cup Remedy Kitchen Omega Porridge
6 scoops Phase 2 Seed Cycle
1/2 cup almond butter
3-4 tablespoons rice syrup
2-3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees fan-forced. Grease or line a muffin tray or 6 tart cases.
Step 2
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together and divide evenly between your muffin tray or tart cases.
Step 3
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lovely and golden. Once cooked remove from the oven and allow to cool before adding your filling of choice!
