At Seed + Oat we know mornings are busy. With a little prep the night before, this dish will make your mornings easy-breezy, while keeping you nourished without the fuss. You may even be able to stretch this generous batch to a few extra mornings… now that’s what a win, win!

Seed + Oat Bircher Muesli.

Ingredients — Serves 2

Porridge

1 cup Remedy Kitchen Milled Oat Porridge

2 cups milk of your choice (we used almond milk)

Toppings

2 tablespoons nut butter (we used almond butter)

Seed Cycle - 1 scoop per bowl, depending on your cycle

Raspberries or fresh seasonal fruits

Pistachios

A drizzle of honey to sweeten (optional)


Method

Step 1

In a medium saucepan add 1 cup of porridge and two cups of milk. Turn the heat to medium to low and stir until you have your desired consistency.

Step 2

Divide the porridge between two bowls. Top with Seed Cycle, raspberries and pistachios. For the sweet tooth, you can always drizzle a little honey on top!
