PREP TIME

15 Minutes

TOTAL TIME

16 Minutes

Ingredients — Serves 2

Porridge

1 frozen banana (chopped)

2 dates (best when soaked in boiling water
for 10 mins prior, to soften)

1 tablespoon Peanut Butter

2 tablespoons Remedy Kitchen Omega Porridge

1 scoop of Seed Cycle
(Either phase 1 or 2 depending on your cycle)

1 & 1/2 cups milk (we used almond milk)

Topping Ideas

Caramel date sauce*
(see method below)

Chia seeds

A slice of banana

Chocolate

Sprinkle of Seed Cycle!

Method

Step 1

Add the banana, dates, peanut butter, porridge, Seed Cycle and almond milk into the blender. Process until smooth!

Step 2

If you’re feeling a little fancy (or just what to wow a family member or friend), you can always drizzle some caramel around the inside of the glass before you pour in the ingredients.

*The caramel we used was made from dates and boiling water, absolutely NO nasties! Firstly, remove pits from 10 dates and soak in boiling water for 10- 30mins (depending on how much time you have) the skin peels off easier the longer the dates are soaked. This will help the sauce to be silky smooth. You can either beat this by hand or blitz it in a blender. Gradually add water until you get the right consistency.

Sprinkle on top your favourites whether it be some chia seeds, chocolate or Seed Cycle!
