This dish that had me licking the bowl!
There’s something about a sticky glaze that runs all the way down to the bottom of the bowl, coating every delicious mouthful, that makes you want to lick the bowl. I truly love the Seed Cycle, phase 2 on this dish. The sesame and sunflower seeds over the salmon go together like peaches and cream! I simply can’t wait for you to try this recipe!

Ingredients
4 salmon steaks, skin off and cut into inch cubes
2 tablespoons of Superb Seasoning Mix
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 large avocado
1 large cucumber
1 cup tinned edamame
10 radishes
1 bag mixed lettuce leaves
1/4 cup shallots
1 lime
2 tablespoons EVOO
Glaze
4 tablespoon sesame oil
4 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons tamari
2 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
4 scoops of Seed Cycle
Method
Step 1
Cook the rice according to the packet.
Step 2
Glaze:
Combine all glaze ingredients and set aside.
Step 3
Salad:
Wash the lettuce, cucumber, radish, shallots and edamame.
Chop to your liking.
Step 4
Salmon:
Cut the salmon into inch sized cubes and sprinkle with the Remedy Kitchen Superb Seasoning Mix. Spray your pan with olive oil. Bring the pan to medium heat and cook each side for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the heat before adding the glaze and toss to evenly cover all the salmon.
Step 5
You can either make individual bowls or serve on a serving platter to wow your guests! Start firstly with your lettuce, layer all the ingredients on top and finally place the salmon, avocado, shallots and a squeeze of fresh lime!
