Raspberry Chia Jam

Ingredients -
2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
juice of half a lemon
Method
Step 1
In a small saucepan add 2 cups of raspberries. Cook on a medium to low heat while the raspberries slowly breaking down to a smooth-ish consistency. Remove from the heat, add the chia seeds, honey and lemon juice. Stir well.
Step 2
In a clean jar add the chia jam, allow to cool slightly before refrigerating. Store in the fridge for one week.
