Microwave Oats

Ingredients — Serves 1

PORRIDGE

  • 1/2 cup Remedy Kitchen Omega Porridge

  • 1 cups almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 tablespoons vanilla coconut yoghurt

  • drizzle of maple syrup

TOPPINGS

  • 3-4 dates, chopped into bite size pieces

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon raw buckwheat

  • 1 tablespoon almond slivers

  • 1 tablespoon Pana Smooth Chocolate Spread


Method

Step 1

In a small saucepan combine the OMG oats, milk and honey. Stir on a medium to low heat until the porridge thickens to your desired consistency. Turn heat off, stir in yoghurt.

Step 2

Top with dates, hemp seeds, raw buckwheat, almond slivers and Pana spread. So fast, so tasty and so good for you!
