Overnight Oats

 

SERVINGS: 1 generous serving

COOKING TIME: 4 Minutes, the night before

PREP TIME: 4 Minutes

TOTAL TIME: 8 Minutes


Ingredients — Serves 1

OATS

  • 1/4 cup Remedy Kitchen Omega Porridge

  • 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

TOPPINGS

  • fresh seasonal fruit

  • chia pudding or chia jam

  • raw buckwheat

  • granola

  • nuts

  • seeds

  • nut butter

  • maple syrup or honey


Method

Step 1

Add the Oats, milk and yoghurt to a small container, mix, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

Good Morning! You may find the oats need a little extra yoghurt if you prefer your oats to be a little runny. This of course is a personal preference.

Top with fresh seasonal fruit, nuts, seeds, chia jam or whatever tickles your fancy! You can always double the recipe so you have breakfast sorted for two days in a row!
