Ingredients — Serves 1OATS

  • 1/4 cup Remedy Kitchen Omega Porridge

  • 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon of Changing Habits Supreme Green Blend

TOPPINGS

  • kiwi

  • blackberries

  • raw buckwheat

  • granola

  • pistachios

  • pumpkin seeds

  • maple syrup or honey


Method

Step 1

Add the Omega porridge, milk, supreme green blend, and yoghurt to a small container. Mix, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

Good Morning! You may find the oats need a little extra yoghurt if you prefer your oats to be a little runny. This of course is a personal preference.

Top with fresh kiwi, blackberries, raw buckwheat, granola, pistachios, pumpkin seeds and for the sweet at heart you can always drizzle some honey or maple syrup over the top.

You can always double the recipe so you have breakfast sorted for two days in a row!
