Raw cacao to dust
Dairy option:
For a dairy option you can always whip cream instead of using coconut yogurt.
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees fan-forced. Grease or line a 6 cup muffin tray or 6 individual 10cm tart tins.
Step 2
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together and divide evenly between your muffin tray or tart tins. You may need to add more coconut oil if you find the ingredients a little crumbly, which can sometimes be due to the nut butter. Some brands can be quite runny while others are a thicker consistency.
Step 3
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until you gat a lovely golden edge. Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to cool. Once cooled, melt the chocolate to line each tart case for a sweet decadent surprise. Set in the fridge for 15 minutes
Step 4
In a large bowl gently fold the coconut yogurt with the coulis (or jam) to create a swirled effect (be sure not to over mix!). Stuck for a Coulis recipe, you can head to the Remedy website for a no nasties clean option.
You can use a pipping bag to add a little extra detail. You’ll find not all coconut yoghurts are created equal, if the mixture is quite runny you can just spoon it in the bottom. Decorate with the cherries, Loco Love chocolate and a dusting of raw cacao. Enjoy X
