The Bravo Burger

I’d be hard-pressed to find a person who didn’t love a burger!

SERVINGS: 4

COOKING TIME: 15 Minutes

PREP TIME: 10 Minutes

TOTAL TIME: 25 Minutes

Ingredients — Serves 4

  • 4 burger buns

  • 4 chicken thigh fillets

  • 3/4 cup Remedy Kitchen Superb Seasoning Mix

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1 cup slaw. I made mine with purple cabbage, carrot, spanish onion, and red chilies. You could also use capsicum if you’d prefer.

  • 8 cos lettuce leaves

  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese

  • 1 tub sour cream

  • bunch of chopped chives

Method

Step 1

If cooking the chicken in an air-fryer, set to 195 degrees and cook for 15 minutes. If using a fry pan, cover the bottom of the pan with EVOO, heat to a medium to low heat and cook for 14 minutes, turning half way.

Step 2

While the chicken is cooking, prep all your burger fillings. For those who like a spicy kick, try adding a dash of a Jalapeño chilli sauce.

Step 3

When building your burger I like to add the sour cream & chives first, followed by the cheese and chicken. By adding the hot chicken to the cheese you’ll get a lovely crunchy, gooey, juicy, fresh burger.

Enjoy x
