Blood Orange Porridge

Ingredients — Serves 2

PORRIDGE

  • 1 cup Remedy Kitchen Milled Oat Porridge

  • 2 cups milk of your choice, I used almond

  • 1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt

TOPPINGS

  • 2 blood oranges, thinly sliced

  • 1 kiwi

  • 1/4 cup almonds

  • 1/4 cup granola for a little cruch

  • sprinkle of raw buckwheat

  • drizzle of maple syrup if you need a little sweetening


Method

Step 1

In a small saucepan combine the MOP oats and milk. Stir on a medium to low heat until the porridge thickens to your desired consistency. Turn heat off, stir in yoghurt.

Step 2

Top with blood orange, kiwi, granola, buckwheat and almonds and a drizzle of maple syrup!
