Ingredients — Serves 20-24

  • 3 black plums

  • 1 cup Remedy Kitchen Milled Oat Porridge

  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 4 tablespoons raspberry chia jam

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

  • A few raspberries to decorate.


Method

PREP

Prior to cooking your porridge I like to prep all the toppings first. Wash and slice the plums. Lighty toast and chop the walnuts. For those who don’t have a jam on hand, I’ve attached a recipe below. It’s fast, only has 4 clean ingredients, not like most jams that you find on the supermarket shelf.

PORRIDGE

Place 1 cup of Remedy porridge and 2 cups of almond milk into a small saucepan. Stir constantly on a medium to low heat until you have your desired consistency. Divide between two bowls, top with chia jam, plums, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and walnuts.
