Nectarine & Raspberry Porridge

Ingredients — Serves 2

PORRIDGE

  • 1 cup Remedy Kitchen Milled Oat Porridge

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 2 cups milk of your choice

  • 1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt

TOPPINGS

  • 1 nectarine

  • 10 raspberries

  • sprinkle of shredded coconut

  • drizzle of maple syrup


Method

Step 1

In a small saucepan combine the MOP oats, milk and honey. Stir on a medium to low heat until the porridge thickens to your desired consistency. Turn heat off, stir in yoghurt.

Step 2

Top with sliced nectarines and raspberries, add a sprinkle of shredded coconut and drizzle of maple syrup!
