Overnight Oats with Raspberries

SERVINGS: 2

COOKING TIME: approx 8-10 hours, refrigerated overnight

PREP TIME: 5 Minutes the night before, 5 minutes the next morning

TOTAL TIME: 10 Minutes

Ingredients — Serves 2

OVERNIGHT OATS

  • 1/3 cup Remedy Kitchen Milled Oat Porridge (or Omega Porridge)

  • 1/3 cup yoghurt, I used coconut yoghurt

  • 1/3 cup milk, I used almond

  • 2 teaspoons raw cacao

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup, you could also use honey or vanilla essence

TOPPINGS

  • raspberries

  • raspberry chia jam (you can find my recipe in the little extras section)

  • slivered almonds

  • fresh mint leaves

Method

Step 1

The afternoon/evening before.

Combine all the oats, yoghurt, milk, raw cacao, and maple syrup in a container or bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

Good Morning!

You may find the oats need a little extra milk if you prefer your oats a bit more of a runnier consistency. This of course is a personal preference.

Top with raspberries, chia jam and slivered almonds, or whatever tickles your fancy!

Enjoy XX
