Ingredients — Serves 2

  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of your choice

  • 1/4 cup Remedy Kitchen Milled Oat Porridge

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

  • 2 scoops The Seed Cycle Protein Powder (for hormone health)

  • blueberry chia jam, for a fancy cafe vibe

  • blueberries to garnish


Method

Step 1

Place all the ingredients except the chia jam and blueberries into a food processor, blitz until smooth.

Step 2

Before adding the smoothie mix to your glass you can always smear some chia jam or a nut butter around the cup to create a cafe style treat in your home. Pour in the smoothie mix and garnish the top with some berries.
