Roast Dutch Carrots

Ingredients- Serves 4

  • 2 bunches dutch carrots, cause one is never enough! In saying that, the size of the bunch and size of the carrot varies significantly. Remember, there’s no such thing as too much of a good thing.

  • 2 tablespoons Remedy Kitchen Superb Seasoning Mix 

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • sprinkle of fresh thyme

  • light dusting of chilli flakes (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon honey 


Method


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Wash, trim and peel the carrots.

Step 2

In your roasting dish, toss the carrots in the Superb Seasoning Mix and EVOO. Lay evenly over the baking tray and sprinkle the thyme and chilli flakes. Roast for 35-40 mins depending to the size of the carrots.

Step 3

Drizzle the honey over the carrots while hot and serve! These can brighten any meal and are an entertainers dream when it comes to colour and taste.
